huh? by credits do you mean what you use to get custom domain name, removal of adds, etc???

You mean you want the contribution link to show up on your forum. Try this:
  1. Administration Panel
  2. Misc. tab
  3. Credits management -- Donations
  4. Display the link to the donation page on page footer: Yes
  5. Save
