Adding Meta Tags

Hello i am fairly new here and i was just wondering how i can add these meta tags to the list. and are they all within the guidelines of the forums rules? I will add a picture below so that it might be easier to understand what im talking about.

My question is which one do i click in the drop down menu? and how do i add each meta tag? Thank You

i need to put my favicon back as it was deleted after the update i guess
