BACK UP Empty BACK UP

I cannot access the section to restore back up on my forum.

When I enter my creation e mail address and password and click on the 'authenticate' button, nothing happens.

Advice please?

you should enter the original email and password when you create the forum

have done this i enter the right one and nothing happens it just goes back to the box,but when i enter a different password it says The login and the password you specified are wrong.

I would like to restore my site in about ten days ago. What will happen with messages and users accounts created in that period, till today.
will I lose anything??
