Constant Reloading of Admin Home Page Empty Constant Reloading of Admin Home Page

On my forum, whenever I click to go to a page (in the Admin pages), it will just load and reload and reload and reload the Admin Home page over and over and over. It takes forever for it to actually load the page I want to see and then when I click on another link on any of the admin pages it goes back and loads the admin home page again and again, etc. WHY?? And how can this be fixed?
