Do my moderators get a panel?
if they don't how can I get them one?

Well I want a special Moderators Panel where they can IP check, ban etc but not admin stuff. Possible?

You should have an IP button besides the quote and edit buttons in each post that only mods can se.

I just want a panel where Mods can handle ban issues etc.

There is no particular panel for mods to handle bans. If you allow moderators to ban members in the "admin panel >> general >> security", they will see a "ban this member" link in each userprofile.

A list of all banned members is only available in the admin panel.
