Banned e-mail Empty Banned e-mail

Hello,

im trying to register a new account in my forum using a mail address never been used before in the registeration process, and the forum shows this result

Banned e-mail F_testm_55d6f88

so how can i "un-ban" that address?!...

Have you trid un-banning him and/or activating him?
If the account hasn't bee actived, the account will be in the inactive users Wink

No man...it's wiered.. because that user i created dosn't even exist in the "inactive users" panel..so,,,,what do u think?!

i used a hotmail address..actually it's a mail for a friend..i tried to use it to register..but failed
