You can set the forums main language in "General / Configuration" - change it in the "board language" dropdown menu. Individual language settings can be made in your "Profile / Preferences".

However, translating content that has been written by users (posts, forum names etc...) can only be translated with other tools, for example the google translation tool: [LINK].
