Translate my forum

Hi to all. I am new at this, so I need a little help.
The forum which I have made is supposed to be in language different from English. I set up that option while I was making the forum (I made my forum's language to be Macedonian), but there are some phrases that are still in English.
Also, some translation of some words aren't as they should be.
Can I translate every single phrase in Macedonian, and if I can, tell me how?
If I can't, is there something like a development program where I can contribute a better translation for all of the phrases?
