my co administrator see's this

problem with the layout Desktopyf3

me and the other members see it normally

problem with the layout 710eas

can someone pls help me and explain what is going on?

your co admin is using internet explorer ... and for some reason it is blocking the codes on your site... or its not reading the CSS.

ask your co admin to view the page using firefox or opera... if the background is still the same then he has problems with his internet connection... some parts are being blocked by something
