Layout problem

How can I make it that that Graphic Galleries and Graphic Requests can be be found within Graphics. So I was to click on graphics and then at the top would be graphic galleries and graphic requests. Like on this site

Categories and Forums

Click on the forum you want to attach to the first forum.

Where it says: "Attached to :"

Select the forum you want to attach it to

Click save

Thats how it is at the moment..
I want Graphic Galleries and Graphic Requests to show up when you click on Graphics, just like here on this site.

Oh I am sorry I misunderstood.

Index packing: Set at medium

Scroll down a bit and where it say Hierarchy

find: Sub-level links on index : choose no or with icons

click save
