I need a specific theme..

I need a theme with fixed width. Also it needs to have image links with no text..
Like this...

I've looked for it but i just couldnt find one... Or even better if you know how to change the normal links to link like in the image above...

first off, theme requets are not possible.
second the nav bar you are showing belongs to the onyx theme... that theme has been removed from all hitskin sites by author request.
The author of the theme no longer wants it on the net so we are not going to reproduce it
