Crazy Smilies Problem

My forum language is VNese http://atca-k11.4rumer.com
Yesterday I changed all the old smilies into the new ones (the pig emoticons) as you can see in this picture (just pay attention to the #1, #2, #3... smilies is exactly pig emoticons)


But when I post a new thread. It is what happended (just pay attention to that the smilies is not the same as the previous pictures, those are the old ones )


Just when I click "View more emoticons" (In VNese, it is "Xem toàn bộ" as u can see in the picture"), the new ones appear and the old ones disappear


Someone show me the way to fix this crazy problem. The members in my forum won't even see the new smilies

Do you have more than one smilie categories?

I have one only, but the most important thing is that all the old smilies have been deleted. It can't appear like that

hmm, maybe it is because of that's the first time you've entered my forum with new emoticons
But I, exactly I even can't see the new emoticons, just all the old ones
I tried to delete all the cookies, browsing history, cache... in my firefox in hoping that things will get better but nothing works
