CRAZY PROBLEM

WEN my friend tries to register it says "Administrators have forbidden any new members" and the new members thing is on please help me out someone

Actually, that was the right directions for you to have members to join on your forum, or if you want them to just automically have themselves ativated right when they register (without any email confirmations).
