Solved Stickies and announcements.... how to make one?

Im the admin and dont know, how to make sicky topics or announcements.
Can ayone help me. I read the guide for the forums but there isnt how to make one sticky topic or announcement.

You make a new theme. then click on "Options" and there is:

"Post topic as: °Normal °Sticky ° Announcement"

Then click on one of the three, to the topic to pin.
