Special icons/ appearences

Well i want to change a url to words so instead of www.(wateva).com it says rogue or something along the lines, and also how forumotion has icons indicating when some has posted by having a lil mail card next to it?

please someone help

The mailcard icon is a is what we call a favicon

to add one

enter the link to your favicon and be sure to click save.
