Virus? Empty Virus?

It is possible to get a virus from editboard? I have a forum (www.nezabar.net which is a forumotion site) and one of our member got a virus, and she thinks she got from our site. It is possible, or the editboard has a virus-detector system or a firewall?

We do not have any viruses on our forum, it can happen although if you adding some malicious script on your forum, but by default nothing can harm you on our forums.
