CHATBOX SOUNDS?

Is there any way of having sound on the chatbox, for example when someone joins/leaves?

We keep missing members when they join in the chat

I would also like a sound when someone logs in or out. If you are browsing inside the forum, you miss the person.

Something like this would be nice, lmaybe the sound of a door opening and closing.

Someone enters the room - Door Open sound plays..
Somone leaves the room - Door Closing sound plays..

Something along these lines would be useful.
