Chatbox sounds

Some members in my forum asked me about this. They suggest me to put a sound in the chatbox like when someone posted a message in the chatbox, a ding would sound and the other chatbox users will be alerted that someone posted a shout. we could add a option here to choose which sound we like to hear and if we like to turn it on or off. I have seen this feature in other forums too. So what do you think?


P.S. i don't know if this is already suggested.

We definitely need this in our forum. I have members that ask if there is something they can do to let someone know that they are in the chatbox.
