Solved members not allowed to join

hi my forum is having problems and new members cannot join i get this. can one of the admins on here make it so new people can join or members can help me

and the allow new members to join is on

Information

Administrators have forbidden any new members.

admin > User & Groups > User's Options > go to allow new members and make sure its set at yes.

Hi, also, Have you checked to see if your forum is possibly set to "On Holiday" or "Under Construction?

Go to your Admin Panel=>General=>Forum=>Configurations... Scroll down and make sure you have both of those options clicked to "No", then save. That may fix the problem for you. Smile
