Do you have to right-click and click "Show Image"? Because on FF it looks like those dots are the end of the bar.

Ok now this appears to be due to the screen resolution however the following codes appeared to help slightly

I would also recommend maybe taking of the number of posts as this effects the size of the bar

1. Navigate to:

Admin Panel\Display\Colors\CSS

2. Add the following code and press "Submit" to save

Code:
.module table.mod-top-posters {
   table-layout: auto !important;
        min-width: 56px !important;
   width: 100% !important;
   }
.module .box-content.poll dt {
   float: left !important;
   width: 100% !important;
   }
.module .box-content.poll dd.pstats {
   float: left !important;
        min-width: 56px !important;
   }
.row1 {
   table-layout: auto !important;
        }

3. Refresh your forum and let me know if that makes any difference

Regards
