It won't let some people on my forum use the image button

like, they can use it but when they submit their post it shows up exactly like the code. I can insert pictures fine, but some of the users can't. If that makes sense

So they click the button with the picture and the disk, right?
then they should upload a photo using the browse option.
then they copy one of the top two links.
make sure the link includes the

no they click the button with just the image, the one I use.
It works for me and other users, just not all of the. And they are using the direct image code.

so when you click it do you only see the place where you post the link?

You see what I screencapped, so yes. Some people can post an image the same exact way and it works for them. This started happening about 3 weeks ago but I never could get it fixed so I came here.
