I need to know why my forum will not allow me to create catagorys and or topics in them? I have the phpbb3 forum and am just dumb founded and need some help here.

have been searching still lost its not working still.
this isnt possible: Attached to: Leave the name of your board in this list

it dont show anything in that box. you can position it afterwards..

Try to follow the tutorial for some time, i am sure you will get it.

LOL I can read its not working, it still tells me this board has no forums..

lol , I know it says its not working, but if you follow the tutorial properly you will get it. Moreover you are new so it will take time. I can't help you unless you give me a specified problem related to the board. Its difficult to explain the whole process of making forums & categories.
Hope you understand, what i am trying to say.

i think i got it thanks for the help and directions to the help link. For some reason its really slow showing up after they are made...

pressing control and F5 when on your forum home page after making them will show it up quicker
