Its an issue with the chatbox, which would be fixed in the next update possibly.

Since, i have joined forumotion i know all of them having similar problems of user getting logged out of the chatbox after a certain period of time. Thats the reason many people have started using xat chatboxes. Search for threads related to chatboxes, you will know then.
