Chat Box time-out

Hi,
I read one of the posts from last year on this subject, but the last answer on it was that it would be fixed in the next update... perhaps.

The main question was: my chatbox keeps timing-out on people every few minutes, is there a way to change this.

I was just wondering if there is an update coming out soon with this fix or if we should go ahead and try to find another chatbox and go through the widgets to get them to not time-out.

There's no feature of this yet.
