FORUM MEMBER EMAIL!!!!!! Empty FORUM MEMBER EMAIL!!!!!!

What is the frequency of email use? I send a daily newsletter to two member groups. I have never sent more than 2 newsletters daily there have been times I can send both immediately and most often I have to wait hours as much as 12 hours to be able to send another!! There have never been more than 80 newsletters sent at a time.

Why would this be? Is there a site restriction on frequency of e-mail? It is definitely not a set time period as the time required between mailing is definitely variable.
