Solved New member welcome email?

I'm sure I've seen it somewhere but now I can't find it >_<
I'm looking for a way to set-up an automated email sent to all new members upon registering so I can stick a brief explanation of a few rules in there.

Well, instead of an email, you can do a PM by going to

ACP => General => Messages & Emails => Private Messages => Welcome Private message => Enter your text => SAVE
