Personalized Profile Trophies.. Empty Personalized Profile Trophies..

I'm sorta experienced with everything, but I just want to ask what should I choose in the Personalized Profile section to make it where admins can give a user a trophy without anyone else changing it (besides admin)? For example, when the choices of what the personalized profiles comes up, and you are allowed to choose A Bar and etc., which do I choose?
