Can't upload new pictures to Gallery

Hello ,if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

I have been trying to upload pictures to my gallery and my members can't upload pictures at all.
I have pictures in the gallery but I am not sure if I have to make another gallery or what.

I have servimg.com account and uploaded pictures to my account,but none are on my site.
Is there something I am not doing right or is there a problem with the galleries uploading?
