Margin set in a textbox

To whom it may concern,

Thanks to your kind offer, we have just established "Classical Guitar Forum Japan". We appreciate your consideration.

Let me ask you How could we set a right margin in a text box for writting? Now the cursor goes on and beyond the boundary toward right side. The line won't stop and turn in the view mode.

Hi I found it out.

Changed a language choice from Japanese to English in a user profile.

This fixed the problem but why can't in Japanese mode?

Hi all,

I tried in other browsers. FireFox, Opera, and Linux KDE Viewer.
Amazingly, all posed fine in Japanese mode, no "go-beyond" effects.
So I may conclude this be due to an IE particular discrepancy.
I tried in IE 6.0 and 7.0. Both go crazy.
