domain e-mail

hello, i'm trying to find a topic, where's written how to create a site e-mail, if you have a domain name. and yes, i don't find it. =/ does anybody know where that topic is or can anybody tell me how i create such email?

To my knowledge, when you purchase a domain name, it comes with a site email.

Oh. And where/how can you access to this site email?

I've always wanted to know that, i'd probably just get a hotmail passport for it, if not, you'd probably have access to it on the website somewhere.

ACP/ Misc / Mailboxes, only though if you have purchased a domain name through forumotion.

So if you don't purchas a domain name through Forumotion, you don't have that mail. Well yeah, so that counts me out.
