Is it possible to change the the welcome e-mail message, i.e. this one:

"welcome to URL.com Forums

Please keep this email for your records. Your account information is as follows:

----------------------------
Username: test
Password: test
----------------------------

Please do not forget your password as it has been encrypted in our database and we cannot retrieve it for you. However, should you forget your password you can request a new one which will be activated in the same way as this account.

It is normally very easy to change that message if you have access to the specific file in the phpBB-forum (if you're hosting it yourself). It would be great if it was possible to add that access/functionality in the administrator panel?
