Solved Username problem...

Ok i saw this and its not my problem. My user registered, but something happened in the middle of the registration. Now he doesn't have the e-mail to activate his account, he doesn't show at the users list, but his username and e-mail is already taken !! Any ideas ??

You can activate his account in User & Groups>>Inactive Users then Activate hs account
