Group Permissions

What the devil (lol) What is the group permissions supposed to be? They do Nothing

Group permissions pretty much let you set that group a different permission than everyone else.

Say i have a room called "admin only"
and i want to let say a member group called "VIP's" see it, but i dont want everyone see it
I would than go into the amdin panel and set up the group's perms to allow them to see the admin only thread.

Misc.
Than again i could go into further depth and go individual users perms to see that room.

Need this question answers, sorry if I am not allowed to post in another ones topic.

If I have the group on say the last one, it acts as the same as if the group was "0"
