Stolen Work

Hello, it has come to my attention that the forum Club Penguin Town has stolen work from the #1 forum on forumotion, Club Penguin Planet.

In June, Club Penguin Planet released its Yellow and Blue theme with the buttons that were stolen.Just awhile later, Club Penguin Town steals the buttons and they now claim it as their own work - refusing to remove the work.

The maker of that thread is an admin from CPP. ^^^

It also appears that the forum CPTown has stolen an exact copy of CPP's rules that they had since the forum started.I would like action taken against the forum Club Penguin Town.

Oh yeah i forgot you can just print screen it or just use opera to get a certain pics in your forum site.

But what if i added a code where when they save image as, yes they will save my image but then if they try to look at there documents they can see nothing. but the images is still there.

And yes i know the code of that.
But i think i forgot the site where i find it.

I have reported the forums that stole our buttons pretty many times, but nothing happened at all, I would like to make sure that no one in future would steal our new themes.

And kjmj14, yeah please when you find the code PM it to me.

there is no secure or guaranty that someone will not steel your stuff.
the only insurance you can have to do something about it is too have the rights to it.
once you have the rights, own it, have it copyrighted then it's yours and if someone tries to use it you will win in any court of law..

i also agree that online copyrighting may not be the best way to go.
the best way is to go through washington dc chamber of commerce if your in the us.
if not contact what ever government office deals with copyrights in your country.
international copyrights are respected in the eyes of international law from just about every country.. accept perhaps china? Cuba.. or the very few that do not recognize certain laws in the international community. i'm sure that china dose in fact recognize international copyright laws.. but there are some countries that do not.. Iran probably would not.. lol or north karia.. dunno for sure but there are some.

let us not forget. if someone users or steels somebody's,skins,images,logos etc...for there forum and it's under copyrights and do not have permission to use?
then they are in violation of tos and can be shut down..

look at online guardian. 90% of every forum they shut is because of people breaking the tos when it comes to copyright infringement.. they shut more people down for this then even people trying to have porn on there forums.MORE THEN PORN.. thats insain..

I know they stole it. I have an account on CPP and go down to CPT from time to time. They stole it.
