Problems with the "Display" section

I have been having major problems with my administration account. Every time I go into the "Display" section, I get the first screen that gives all the choices, smilies, etc. Then when I click on "smilies," the screen goes back to the "home" section and will not let me get back to the Display section. Every time I try to again click on Display, the screen refreshes, but it remains in the "home" section.

Please have a look at my account and also the board to see if you can detect what the problem is. BTW, this problem has been ongoing since my co-administrator made me an administrator. It is not a temporary thing (I've seen other people with similar problems listed in this forum and their problems seem to clear up over time). Mine has been going on for weeks. Please help!!
