Need Help On ImPorting Themes

On The Styles Management There Is 2 Tabs
Choose Theme And Export And Import Theme.

I Currently Have The Onyx Theme , But I Want To Import
A Theme Called Cobalt How Can I Upload Those Files
So I Can Choose That Theme.

I Dont Know Alot About This , Im Still Learning

When I Click The Browse Button To Import Ive Tried Every File I HAve
And It Sez Import Ended.

Then, in the Admin Panel > Colors > you fill up the different fields with the color codes given in the "install.html" file.

4- In some skins, there is a .JS or a .CSS you have to install. For this, you have to host this file on a FTP account
