[Help]Administrator Account turns to Normal Account

My Administrator account in http://cyberlazi.forumotion.net turns to a Normal Account.

I can't edit my forums anymore. I can't access Administrative Panel anymore.
I only have 1 account with Administrative access. Now, the account turns to normal account.

Hope this can be fixed.

Ya my co admin are removed a lot on Geeked.

As I have noticed, im still a member of 2 groups.

Administrator
Game Master

But still, "Administration Panel" dont display when im logged in.
My other forumotion works fine. This one doesnt work. Still can't access "Administration Panel". It doenst display with my Administrator account.

Also, there's also "Admin" account. But I can't log-in with it at all. I changed that account name before. From Admin to MariaOzawa. Now I have both Admin and MariaOzawa account. Both members of Administrator group. But from MariaOzawa account, it doesnt display "Administration Panel". Also, I can't login with "Admin" account. Not even with the password used when creating my forum.

Yes. Im sure. I only have 1 admin account. I just renamed "Admin" account to "MariaOzawa". I dont have any other admin account. Just 1.

Still not fixed. I still have the same problem.

But weird. "Admin" account is back. I can login using Forum Utilities(using the password created when creating my forums), but I cant login that Admin account. Or probably someone did create an account named "Admin"? I dont know if thats possible.

I even tried to full rollback/restore forums to previous dates. But still the same problem. Administration panel is still not accessible.

Problem Fixed.

I have successfully recovered my Admin password thru Password recovery.
And when I logged in using Admin account, my MariaOzawa account doesnt belong to the Administrators group anymore. What's weird is, when logged in under MariaOzawa account, before this was fixed, same account is member of Administrators account. But, whatever, its fixed now.
