Text Size problem

I'm not sure if this is right place or not, so sorry if it isn't.

I have a member who is posting guides, However, when they try to increase the size of the text, and post the message, the text size doesn't change it is just shown with the text size tags around it.

How do I fix?

try enabling your Bbcode and HTML code.

then try it again if it works.

This may sound stupid but how would i go about doing that?

You find that under
Admin Panel -> General -> Generalities

the code for it is

Code:: [size=x]TEXT[/size]

errr, I click general, but there isnt a generalities in the navigation, on display there is, but thats completley different.

in advanced mode:
Go to General>messages and email>
scroll down until you see:
Allow HTML :
Yes * No *

Allow BBCode :
Yes * No*

also tell the user to enable always allow bbcode in his profile as well
