How do I make parts of my banners and stuff transparent??

put in color #transp

if you're want it to be done in Pics Management

then copy paste this in url

If you want a banner and just a few parts of it transparent use a programme like GIMP or paint.net to make a .gif file.
Just make the parts transparanet you want.
