How to mass mail?

is there any way how to mass mail?..

as an admin i would like to announce something, i mean like in private message..and all registered users and moderators can see it..

You have to create a user group called members and put all
members names in it, then when your creating a PM in your
profile select the user group 'members' and the message you
create will then be sent to all members........... santa

Hello,

If you're going to announce something to all your members, including staff, then it's much easier to post the announcement in the Homepage Message (Admin Panel > General > Homepage)
