However, if you should wnt to seend a mass e-mail:
Admin Panel = General Admin => Newsletter => Star writing

Write it, choose who you want and then send

Hoever, may I advise you put a note on your forum warning about the change a day or 2 before, because it can ahppen that the mass mail lands in the spam box of Hotmail and AoL user (for example)
