SWF banner isnt working?

Can I make it work??
Help is needed quite soon.

When putting the SWF banner into the image section it saves but when you go to the index it does not show.

A flash video file needs a flash player called in the html
instruction so that it can be played.

If you look at the below code you will see the instructions needed
to play a swf file And how they are writen in order to play one.

1. Goto Admin Panel/General/
You will then see Forum...under that Click "Configuration"
2. You will see a part that says "Site Description" put the swf code above in that bar beside it
3. Goto Display/Pics management/advanced mode/You will then see it says "Forum main logo"
Put this in url section beside it :
