notify all members of new posting

I know that there is a setting where I can be notified where someone responds to my posting (Notify me when a reply is posted). But is there anyway that I can have the forum default and notify all members when someone posts to a specfic forum? It would even be better if I could have specific forums connected to specific groups of members.

However if you want to you can suggest that in the suggestions for your forum area.
