How do you 'Sticky' topics?

How do you 'Sticky' topics?
I don't know how...
Can someone please help me?

To sticky a topic during posting, go down the page and open up the 'Options' section of the post. Have 'Post as: sticky'.

To sticky a topic that has been posted, you need to edit the author's post and have 'Post as: sticky'.

Well, to sticky topics you have to be an administrator on the forum (unless the permissions are set otherwise).

If you are an administrator, when creating the topic, click the little plus on 'options' below the text area, you should then see an option that says:
Post Message As: Normal, Sticky, Announcement.

Tick 'Sticky'

This should work for you
