How do I set topics sticky?

I have no idea how to do this on the forums...can someone help me out?

Ooohh.....ok. Most forums I'm a member of it just has it like it does the "move topic" and other such things. Threw me off a little bit. Thanks! *sets to solved*

Make sure your stickies and announcements are enabled for the forums
admin panel>General> forums> forum permissions controls.
There you will see a list of the permissions for who can post stickies or announcements.

you will have to go through the forums and set them one by one how you like. most likely you will want it just for staff or admins to be able to do this.
then after you have the permissions set

at the bottom of every post you start or edit you will see + or - sign on the right hand side. if - be sure to hit so it comes up. then right there under the subject box you will see Lil circles to check off on whether you want to post as normal announcement or stickies.just click them and submit along with whats in the post

oh also make sure they are checked off in your profile setting too
