Banner needed.

I lack the awesome talent that many of you have. I'm colorblind. YAY! Anyhow, If someone could please make a banner for me and include the colors for the theme, that would be awesome and a ton of help to me

My forum's name is Cloud Nine. It's a forum for writing and role playing. I would like the banner to have clouds and a sort of fantasy feel. Like sparkles and stuff. But not to girly I'd like it to be blueish too. Size would probably be around 760px by 200px or something. Whatever you feel is the right size.
