A minor problem

Hi, i would like an admin or just someone with experience to help me here.

My forum URL is http://bigentertainment.darkbb.com/

Everything works perfectly, the only thing i would like to get help in (because i am already waste dlike 4 hrs on the admin panel with no luck). How do i set:
http://bigentertainment.darkbb.com/portal/
OR
http://bigentertainment.darkbb.com/Index/

as my homepage? I dont like that ppl type the URL and nothing but a stupid ad (that i added ) is shown.

Portal is your home page. You give people the http://bigentertainment.darkbb.com/portal/

Does the portal have to be the homepage? BTW; if you click on "Big Entertainment Forum" (to see the topics) it send you to "no categorie match that criteria) or something like that, rather than the homepage.

Normaly yes, but you can make Index a homepage. As I made on my forum. And my users also can look through Portal.

Afina can you help me and tell me how, or anyone who see this.

I can not use the manage tool in my forum with ease as i find it very confusing.

Eh, still unsolved, i dont know how to fix it, may someone please help me?
