Minor problem with reputation

Hi all..i have a member who is also a Moderator but he's the only one that cant see the little + and - to vote in reputation. He uses IE and has tried Firefox but he still cant see those icons. I have the settings set for all members to use this function. No other member seems to have this problem.
Any ideas what might be the problem as i'm lost with this one?

admin panel > modules > reputation > display these field in profile > [tick] messages [tick]

and then hit save

If he's the only user that can't see it, then there is a specific issue involved with only him. Is he trying to give +rep to himself? If so, then it's not possible.

or even display > pics management > advance mode > mini - icons > see there if there the reputation icon color is same as your forum back ground and skin

How many members do you have anywas. IF many members have NO problem at all, only him, then there must only be a problem with that person. Also, do you have any other Admins? Maybe as one of them if you do, if they did anything to that specific member.
