Can members in my forum embed youtube video???

Can members in my forum embed video from another site??
Because I'm trying to post a video, and I paste the code iin message, but is showing just the code when i send it in forum, video is not playing!
I don't see the screen in message posted, just the embed code!

HAve you enabled your html for the forum?

Ask your members to do this
Profile-->> Preferences--> scroll down
and Always allow HTML by Clicking Yes.

Enable HTML in both Admin Panel and your profile,

Admin Panel :

Admin Panel >

General tab >

Forum -- Messages and Emails >

Scroll down a wee bit, and select Yes beside Allow HTML :. Make sure you Save the new settings.


"My Profile" :

Navigate to your profile, which can be found on your Navigational Index Bar or your Log-In widget >

Preferences tab >

Scroll down a bit and select Yes beside Always Allow HTML. Make sure you Save the new settings.

When you embed a YouTube video, make sure you use this code-like link (or the normal embed code) :
