What you can do is. Make an account on bravenet.com upload your flash file there, you will get a link which you can add to forum banner url.
Display>Pics Management
Forum main logo: Add the url here.

Once you register, & are on the homepage.
Click on Websites tab>
Then Build a new website.
Select Use a subdomain.
Once thats done, click on the url of the website.
Then u can see a option file manager, click on it.
U can upload your file here then and get the link.
